Description:

The Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing department to create and expand our global presence and develop our brand identity across the various channels and platforms, will collaborate outside with agencies to ensure that our promotional marketing pieces look professional and drive results.

This role has the duty of boosting brand awareness by supporting our multi-channel marketing campaigns and execute a wide variety of design initiatives to attract customers. You will be creating extraordinary campaign pieces which will be seen by affluent investors online across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute original concepts for internal and external communications including, but not limited to, brand expanding initiatives, marketing campaigns, retail graphics, events, brand collateral and internal presentations;
  •  
  • Translate business and consumer needs into creative output:
    « Interprets creative or strategic brief
    « Generates creative assets according to brand guidelines and executional mandatories
    « Prepare and deliver final, print-ready layout in required format
    « Develop standardized templates for core branded items (PowerPoint, invitations...) and execute against these on a consistent basis;

  • Ensure design and brand consistency across all design work to create a luxury experience for all our customers;

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries – liaising with the Head of HR as appropriate;
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring the most efficient filing systems are used;
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave;
  • Manage the company HR software – People HR – starters, leavers, changes, reporting;
  • Preparing, amending, and processing HR documents, eg. employment contracts;
  • Assisting with the review and renewal of company policies and legal compliance;
  • Communicating with external partners;
  • Managing company benefit schemes;
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover;
  • Payroll liaison – starters, leavers, changes, general queries;
  • Assist with consultation with employees to identify training needs and preferred qualifications;

  • Computer literate with experience of MS suite of products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.;
  • Good understanding of employment law;
  • 3+ years’ administration experience.
  • Keen organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
  • Excellent with people;
  • Impressive written and verbal communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn and progress within HR.
